All lectures are presented by owner Danielle Beaudette, one of the first 15 individuals in the world certified as a Tea Specialist through the Specialty Tea Institute in New York. Her expertise is rooted in both formal training and hands-on experience, including travels throughout Asia where she studied tea production firsthand.
