Meet Danielle

Danielle Beaudette, the proprietor of The Cozy Tea Cart, has spent over two decades exploring and sharing the world of tea. In her ongoing pursuit of knowledge, she has devoted herself to researching the history, traditions and ceremonies that make tea such a meaningful experience.

Cultivating Knowledge from Source to Cup

Danielle has gained a deep, first-hand understanding of tea cultivation and production from traveling across Asia and forming close relationships with tea growers in China, India, Sri Lanka, Japan, Nepal, and Taiwan. She continues to study and explore the evolving world of tea, staying current by gaining invaluable knowledge about industry trends, the latest research on tea’s health benefits, and effective tea business management. She was among the first 15 people in the U.S. to earn Tea Specialist certification (Levels 1–4) through the Specialty Tea Institute in New York and has attended more than 100 seminars at the World Tea Expo.
