This NEW black tea is from the Yunnan province of China. The leaves are long and twisted. The abundant yellow, soft golden leaf buds are highly aromatic. The infusion is velvety smooth, slightly sweet, followed by slightly peppery notes. As this tea cools, it provides more complex, layered flavors. This unique tea will become a staple in your daily regimen!  Due to the abundance of golden buds, we recommend steeping it at 200^oF.
