This green tea (also referred to as Temple of Heaven or Pinhead) is produced in the Zhejiang Province of China. The Chinese name, “Zhu Cha” means “pearl” or “bead” tea. Each leaf is rolled into a small round pellet, giving the tea its renowned name. The rolling of the leaf allows it to retain more of its flavor and aroma. It produces a very aromatic infusion with an earthy sweetness.
