This fabulous, carefully hand-picked oolong tea from Mount Dong Ding in Nantou, Taiwan is sometimes also referred to as Tung Ting. The baking of this tea (also referred to as roasting the tea) makes it slightly more oxidized with a nutty sweetness. This additional baking process is complicated and fairly new. It gives the tea a distinctly sweet honey, toasty taste and a captivating, fruity aroma, leaving you craving for more. This tea is known as one of the jewels of Taiwan.
