This is the tea used in the famous Japanese tea ceremony. Tea masters start with Gyokuro (Japan's finest whole leaf tea) and grind it into a very fine powder that is then whisked into a bowl of steaming water. A very intense, slightly astringent and slightly sweet flavor.
