Our Afternoon Tea Menus:
Valentine's Day Afternoon Tea
Victorian afternoon tea was invented by Anna Duchess of Bedford, one of Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting. She invited friends to join her in a light afternoon meal with tea. Afternoon tea became a pleasant social event that is still celebrated around the world today! It is a wonderful ritual that brings beauty and grace into the life of your family and friends and is a wonderful way to get to know some of your neighbors.
Springtime Afternoon Tea
The warm weather brings the arrival of colorful flowers, trees blooming, green grass and the beautiful sound of the birds singing. The earth is awakening and the perfume of new blooms fills the air. We have created this special afternoon tea menu which features the flavors of spring!
A Garden-themed Afternoon Tea
Tea gardens in the early eighteenth century were an outdoor paradise. Acquaintances of all classes could walk through tree-lined avenues while enjoying music, dancing, and good food accompanied by a fine cup of tea. Gather together with friends to celebrate the good things in your lives while enjoying afternoon tea.
Summertime Afternoon Tea
“Celebrate the happiness that friends are always giving, making every day a holiday and celebrate just living.”
~Amanda Bradley
Harvest Afternoon Tea
With the crisp cool air, and sweet smell of cider, we welcome the fall and its bountiful harvest. As we enjoy the beautiful palette of the dancing leaves, we think of the summer gone by and the cold days ahead. Lets enjoy the labor of our harvest as we sip tea and contemplate the coming winter.
Holiday Afternoon Tea
Celebrate the wonder of your family relationships and those of your friends. Help these bonds grow further through a warm, peaceful break from the pre-holiday rush. This is a wonderful opportunity to comfortably enjoy afternoon tea.
