Dragon Well (Long Jing)

A delicate, aromatic tea with a pale yellow liquor.  This green tea is from the West Lake region (XiHu) of China.  Plucked in early spring, this fine tea is one of the Top 10 famous China teas.  It has an excellent pan-fried green tea aroma and flavor.

Feather Tip (Xin Yang Mao Jian)

A green tea with a delicate aroma and flavor with a pale yellow liquor.  Mao Jian is named for the small ark green “hairy” bud tips it is made from.  Plucked and processed in the high mountains of He Nan Province in the Spring, this delicious tea presents a unique chestnut aftertaste.

Matcha

This is the tea used in the famous Japanese tea ceremony.  Tea masters start with Gyokuro (Japan’s finest whole leaf tea) and grind it into a very fine powder that is then whisked into a bowl of steaming water.  A very intense, slightly astringent and slightly sweet flavor.

Yellow Mountain Summit (Huang Shan Mao Feng)

This green tea offers a delicate aroma and flavor with a pale yellow liquor.  It comes from the high mountain “wild” tea gardens on Yellow Mountain in the An Hui Province of China.  This tea has a sweet vegetal taste typical of quality green teas.
