Cooking with tea has been a part of the culinary arts for centuries.  Inspired by the endless list of teas available today, chef/instructor Liz Barbour of The Creative Feast demonstrates a variety of ways in which food can be prepared using tea as a flavor enhancer.  Liz shares her skills as an entertaining communicator, whose relaxed and humorous attitudes toward food demystify the cooking process.  Sit back and watch while Liz prepares and present exciting dishes for you to enjoy.
