Prior to establishing a
wholesale account with The Cozy Tea Cart, (TCTC), you must provide your
current federal tax ID number (EIN). If you are using your social
security number in place of a federal ID number, you must also provide a
state resale number.

TCTC requires 24 hours to
process each order, no exceptions. We are NOT able to do same day
wholesale orders. From September to December, normal preparation time is
48 hours for shipping.

Minimum order is 1 pound of
any given tea. Discounts are given at the 10 pound purchase point of a
given tea, not for the cumulative total of your whole order.

All prices are subject to
change without notice due to world market fluctuations.

This price list supersedes
any previous price list.

No minimum order for
merchandise and accessories.

TCTC requires pre-payment
on all orders by cash, check, PayPal or credit card.

There is a $35 returned
check charge.

TCTC will never sell or
trade our customer names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
Our on-line and in-store purchasing is meant to be a service to you.
Your privacy is very important to us.

Delivery or shipping
charges are extra and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Local
customer pick-up is an alternative that will avoid shipping charges.

Shortages and discrepancies
in your order must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of the
order.

We strongly recommend
reading the description of the tea carefully and purchasing a sample of
a new tea before purchasing it in larger quantities.

For returns, the package
and product must be in the original condition. Please include the
sales/packing slip. For products returned for any reason other than
damage or company error, a "store credit" will be issued, less a 35%
disposal fee (which will be applied to products that have been opened,
tried, and returned due to customer’s dislike). We do not cover the cost
of shipping unwanted items back to us.

There will be a 35%
restocking fee applied to all packages returned to us due to an
incorrect address, or if all three delivery attempts by the carrier are
unsuccessful. This fee covers the shipping charge billed to us by FedEx
or UPS if your order is returned undeliverable.
