Shipping Materials

The Cozy Tea Cart will reuse almost all packaging material that is shipped to us, in an effort to lessen the impact to the environment.  For this reason, please expect a re-used cardboard box when you receive a package from us, and know that the styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap has been recycled.  (If you are a local resident or business who adds their packaging material to the local landfill, we welcome your donations.)

Order Turn-Around
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, however, The Cozy Tea Cart reserves the right to a 2 week turn-around during the busy season.  We do not ship out packages on the weekend.

Sample Policy
Sampling tea before purchasing a large quantity is a great way to introduce yourself to new teas. In order that we may continue our sample program, we have a limit of three loose tea samples per order. There is a $2 charge per sample.
