Join Rita Parisi of Waterfall Productions for a High Victorian Tea provided by The Cozy Tea Cart on Thursday, May 10th, at 7 PM, taking place during this 5:00-9:00 PM Whipple Free Library Event.

In 1908, the world was on the cusp of change.  The traditions of the Victorians were giving way to the modern way of thinking.  The automobile, airplane, changes in fashion, entertainment, and social conventions were altering the lives of people forever.  Rita Parisi of Waterfall Productions will entertain you during her evening tea as she tells you about her trip to Boston.  Then engage in an open discussion as she shares her latest issue of the Ladies Home Journal.  Enjoy an elegant High Tea provided by Danielle Beaudette of The Cozy Tea Cart with refreshments by the Friends of the Library and the New Mizpah Circle during the presentation. Victorian hats and dress optional but encouraged for this adult event, which will be held, in the Dignard Room of the Community Church of New Boston.  Registration is required and will open on April 23.  Call or stop in at the library to register. For more information call 487-3391.
