Tea, fall goodies, local authors and artists, handcrafted jewelry; what a way to spend the day!  All of this and more will be at the First Annual Fall Festival, Saturday, October 28, 10AM-4PM.  All are welcome, rain or shine, to come and enjoy samples of Danielle Beaudette's new fall and winter tea line.  Beaudette is the owner of The Cozy Tea Cart at 40 Mountain Road in Brookline.

Liz Barbour, owner and chef of The Creative Feast, will be cooking up a storm from 10:00-11:30AM.  Skip breakfast and enjoy Barbour's breakfast crepes and poached pears using The Cozy Tea Cart's Bourbon Vanilla Tea.

Under the large tent will be local authors Yvonne Dunetz of Hollis, author of Until Death Do Us Part, A Letter To Our Loved Ones.  Yvonne's intention in writing this book is to provide the reader with a sense of peace, comfort, and a genuine understanding that our love for each other is eternal.

Michaeline Della Fera's forst cozy mystery, Trading Faces, features a plus size detective whos passion for justice is only exceeded by her passion for food.  Michaeline is also the co-editor of two anthologies; Friends:  Stories of Friendship, and Secrets.

Julie MacShane of Pelham writes about Bette Maguire and her struggles as a female firefighter.  Soot and Sweat on Flesh, MacShane's first novel, has been followed with a sequel; Torch:  The Continuing Adventures of Firefighter Bette Maguire.

Poet Valerie Raudonis will be signing Sea Glass Secrets, which is a collection of original poems inspired by nature and concerning human relationships.

Award winning photographer, Patti Matthis, will be exhibiting and selling her newest photos as well as her stunning collection of photographic greeting cards featuring images of the tropics, oceans, New England, New Mexico, the Caribbean, windows and doors, flowers, seasons, sunsets, animals butterflies and more.

Come hungry and entice your palates with fall foods.  In case the weather turns chilly, two fire pits will be roaring to keep you warm and dry.  There is no admission, so feel free to bring all your friends or your mother to The Cozy Tea Cart, 40 Mountain Road, Brookline, on Saturday, October 28th, from 10AM-4PM.  If you get lost or want more information, please call 249-9111.
