FROM THE SOUTH:

Take route 128 North (I-95 N) to route 3 North toward Lowell/Nashua, NH.

After entering New Hampshire, take exit 6 ( Route 130, Hollis/Brookline).

Stay on 130 through Hollis. (Route 130 bears right near Hollis center, after Lull Farm.)

Go straight through the lights in Hollis center, staying on Route 130.

Follow to Brookline center. Take a right onto Steam Mill Hill Road (just before the Brookline Village Store).

Follow approximately 3 miles to Shady Rock Road. Take a right onto Shady Rock Road and another right onto Randi Drive.

At the end, take a left onto Mountain Road.

The Cozy Tea Cart shop will be on your right.

FROM THE NORTH:

Take Route 3 South to Route 101 West toward Milford/Peterborough.

Take the Route 13 ramp toward Milford/Brookline.

Turn left onto South St./NH Route 13. Continue on Route 13 for approximately 2.4 miles.

Turn Left onto Old Milford Rd. Travel approximately 0.7 miles.

Turn left onto Mountain Road.

The Cozy Tea Cart will be approximately 0.7 miles up Mountain Road on your left.

FROM FITCHBURG STATE COLLEGE:

Start out going East on Pearl Street toward Highland Avenue.

Turn right onto Coolidge Avenue / John Fitch Highway. Continue to follow John Fitch Highway.

Turn left onto MA-2A / Lunenburg Street. Continue to follow MA-2A

Turn left onto MA-13 / Chase Road. Continue to follow MA-13.

Crossover Main Street / MA-119 in Townsend. Continue on Route 13 into New Hampshire.

Follow Route 13 approx. 8 miles. (You will pass by the Bank and Chinese Restaurant, then pass the Post Office and Ambulance building.

Continue on 13. Pass the Coffee Shop on your left. Approx. 3 miles

Take a right onto Old Milford Road. Go about 3/4 mile

Take a left onto Mountain Road. Go to the top of the hill and start heading down. The Cozy Tea Cart will be on your left
