Tea is not just for sipping anymore.
Master Chefs all around the world have been cooking with tea for
years, (Documents dating back to the Tang Dynasty and Edo period
report tea being used in foods for added health benefits.) It is
becoming increasingly popular today because chefs have realized that
people's health aims and hunger for wellness have risen.
Leading Chefs have realized the
beneficial health benefits and quality of flavors from tea absorbed
into foods.
