In business, industries need associations to protect their best interests and to create an environment conductive to growth. Associations serve as a scaffold to build the overall economic success of an industry, to develop positive marketing and media impressions and to defend against harmful allegations that can damage the vitality of an industry. The tea industry looks to The Tea Association of the USA, Inc., The Tea Council of the USA, and the Specialty Tea Institute (STI) for its wholesale and retail needs...

On Saturday, September 11, 2004, a special tea party took place at the Pillsbury Home, 95 High Street, Milford, NH  03055. This tea party, provided by The Cozy Tea Cart, is part of a larger event called “Tea Across America, 2004,” an effort to promote tea parties in nursing homes in each of the 50 states on the weekend following the third anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.  During “Tea Across America, 2003” private citizens brought tea, food, and elegance to more than 1,500 seniors through 30 tea parties in 22 states.   Tea Across America, 2004 is being coordinated by The Shelley A. Marshall Foundation, established in honor of Shelley Marshall, who was killed at the Pentagon on September 11th.

lola says™ – cards for chicks about REAL life - boast sentiments never covered by the Hallmarks of the world, like a card that says “you need some retail therapy!” and a card telling your friend “being single is not a curse!”.  There's a card for every situation that women encounter including the common occasions too.  The cards' hilarious diatribes are written by the line's creator, Jennifer Treacy, and the adorable sketches of the line's character, lola, are drawn by Jennifer's 18 year-old niece, Dylan Saunders.  The entire line is also for sale online at www.lolasays.com.  Jennifer lives in Brookline, NH with her husband and two children.  Dylan also lives in Brookline but is now a freshman at McGill University in Montreal Canada.
